Shipping policy

Pontus Frithiof Wine Club offers the option to have your order delivered right to your door anywhere in Sweden via Bring.

Bring delivers either during the day or in the evening, depending on the options available for your ZIP code.

Once the shipment arrives at Bring’s terminal, you’ll be notified of a delivery date via text message or email—you can easily change the date if it doesn’t work for you.

Please note: valid identification is required at the time of delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within three weeks of the order date.

Specific delivery information is provided at the time of ordering.

Liability

Pontus Frithiof Wine Club makes every effort to ensure that minors cannot place orders.

Deliveries are made only to individuals who are at least 20 years of age and can present valid identification.

Under no circumstances will our shipping partners deliver wine to anyone under the age of 20 or to recipients whose age cannot be verified.

Order Terms

To order wine through Pontus Frithiof Wine Club, the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchaser must be at least 20 years old at the time of ordering.

  • The purchaser is ordering as a private individual and end consumer.

  • A Swedish shipping address must be provided.

  • The buyer must accept Pontus Frithiof Wine Club’s full terms and conditions of purchase.

Once the order is received, an automatic confirmation will appear on the screen and be sent via email.

Payment

According to the Swedish Tax Agency’s guidelines for distance sales, every shipment must have a registered buyer upon arrival in Sweden.

To ensure this, all payments must be made in advance to Pontus Frithiof Wine Club.

You can pay with an American Express card.

Payment is due at the time of ordering.

Pontus Frithiof Wine Club reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase price if any of the above conditions are not met.

Right of Withdrawal

Pontus Frithiof Wine Club offers the buyer the right to cancel their purchase, for any reason, within 14 days of the order’s delivery.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written notice via email to info@pontusfrithiofwineclub.com no later than 14 days after delivery.

The goods must be unused and in good condition, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Pontus Frithiof Wine Club.

Price

All prices on pontusfrithiofwineclub.com include Swedish VAT and alcohol tax.

Only the shipping cost is added, as stated above.

Unless otherwise specified, “bottle” always refers to 75 cl.

Prices for individual bottles within a package are for reference only; Pontus Frithiof Wine Club does not sell individual bottles.

Defects and Damage

Of course, you should not pay for a defective or damaged bottle.

Any damage caused during shipping must be documented and reported directly to the carrier upon delivery.

If you suspect that a bottle is defective, please contact us and we will assist you.
