Right of Withdrawal
Pontus Frithiof Wine Club offers the buyer the right to cancel their purchase, for any reason, within 14 days of the order’s delivery.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written notice via email to info@pontusfrithiofwineclub.com no later than 14 days after delivery.
The goods must be unused and in good condition, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Pontus Frithiof Wine Club.
Defects and Damage
Of course, you should not pay for a defective or damaged bottle.
Any damage caused during shipping must be documented and reported directly to the carrier upon delivery.
If you suspect that a bottle is defective, please contact us and we will assist you.
Taste our wines
There are plenty of ways to discover the wines beyond the case. Meet us in the American Express Lounge at Arlanda for a tasting, or join us for the Wine Club launch party.
Both are a chance to taste the wines, meet the people behind them and experience the Wine Club beyond what arrives at your door.
